Conclusions:
The administration of the marketing is a process that includes a total of five stages: 1) Planning, 2) organization, 3) leadership, 4) implementation and 5) control. In other words, we analyze the market (opportunities and threats), sets targets to be achieved, there are strategies and tactics to achieve those goals, defining responsibilities and authority assigned to people who will implement the plan, coordination of activities and the use of the resources and means are implemented all the activities planned in the beginning and eventually control everything done and compared with what has been planned in the Marketing Plan for action necessary corrective.

Steps in the Marketing Management:
As mentioned earlier, the administration of marketing is a process that includes a series of successive phases, which are detailed below:
Planning: According to Kotler and Keller, the marketing planning process is to identify and analyze business opportunities, selecting target markets, develop strategies, define and manage the program marketing efforts. In more specific terms, is the stage in establishing the objectives to be pursued (according to the marketing opportunities that were identified and discussed previously) and determined which activities are carried out in the future to achieve these objectives, when they will perform, how they will implement, where they will do, who will carry them out, what resources will demand and how much it will cost. In other words, this is the phase where it develops a marketing plan, which, according to the American Marketing Association (AMA) is a document which is composed of: 1) an analysis of the current marketing situation, 2) analysis of opportunities and threats, 3) the goals of marketing, 4) marketing strategy, 5) programs of action and the projected revenues (the state projected profits and losses). ¡Business are business!
